Uncoil Pilates offers Studio Pilates sessions to individuals and small groups with personalised attention. Studio Pilates is a low impact exercise method that helps you build strength, become free from aches and pains and improves mobility and flexibility. Each session is tailored from a foundation of alignment, breath and mind-body connection, from beginner through to advanced levels. Fully trained in the STOTT method of Studio Pilates, Yogalates™ and a certified Personal Training Exercise Specialist, Chris Ritchie has more than 29 years experience in teaching exercise. Chris enjoys exploring activities that integrate into the foundations of good health and wellbeing.

CORPORATE WELLNESS

Uncoil Pilates develops and manages in-house exercise and corporate wellness programs in the workplace. Our qualified and experienced instructors lead pilates, yoga, boxing, and functional fitness sessions either indoor or outdoor for your employees. Outdoor sessions are useful for group training programs in the lead up to events such as Sydney Harbour Run or Coastrek.
