About the Introductory Package

In your first 2 private sessions you’ll go through a personalised postural and movement assessment to identify your needs, plus an equipment orientation to take you through the foundation exercises in your program. The next 3 sessions are semi-privates, where you’ll get the benefits of a customised workout in a semi-private format, with a maximum of 3 people.

Studio Pilates

Your Studio Pilates sessions are tailored from a foundation of better body alignment, breath and mind-body connection, from beginner through to advanced levels. Simple yet effective, low impact exercises are performed together with a highly qualified teacher and specialist equipment to help you achieve your fitness and wellbeing goals.

The Studio

The Uncoil Pilates Studio space is fully equipped to ensure you get an integrated Pilates movement session in a comfortable and friendly environment. It’s a peaceful space where you will receive individual attention from a highly qualified and experienced teacher.  The studio is located in Crows Nest on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, with several free parking options nearby.

Fully trained in the STOTT method of Studio Pilates, Yogalates™ and a certified Personal Training Exercise Specialist, Christine Ritchie has more than 29 years experience in teaching exercise. Chris’ passion for exercise and good health extends her personal goals to keep exploring new activities and travel experiences.

Private sessions available by appointment :

  • Monday - Saturday

Semi Private sessions available by appointment :

  • Thursday, Friday mornings 

  • Tuesday, Thursday afternoons
